Italian Language Summer School of the University of Macerata (Italy).

Good morning,

please find enclosed the promotional material of the Italian Language Summer School of the University of Macerata (Italy).

Students may attend a 2 weeks course of 50 hours (40 hours of Italian language and 10 hours of in-depth special studies of one of the two subjects as set above) or a one month course of 100 hours (80 hours of Italian language and 20 hours of in-depth special studies of one of the two subjects as set below).

The courses for the Summer School will begin the 5th July, and the course application should be sent no later than 14th June.

It is possible to choose between two in-depth special studies which will cover the following subjects: Tourism and Landscape (Course A) and History of Italian Art and Music (Course B).

During the Summer School, at least one trip a week will be organized in order to get the students familiar with some of the major historical and artistic sites of Le Marche Region, and of the whole national territory (Tuscany, Rome, Pompei, etc.).

The admission fee for the 2-week course is € 600.00, for the 1-month course is € 1000.00. The fee includes lessons and board in University colleges. It would be possible to use the University canteen paying € 4,00 for each meal.

Organized groups of at least 11 people will be granted a discount on the total amount and will pay only for 10 people.
